Use the order number and contact detail from checkout to check current order status, carrier, tracking number, and shipped items.
Enter the order number exactly as shown on the success page or support message. Use the same email or phone number submitted during checkout.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The order was created and is waiting for payment or review. |
| Paid | Payment has been confirmed. |
| Processing | The order is being reviewed, prepared, customized, or packed. |
| Shipped | Carrier and tracking information has been assigned. |
| Cancelled | The order was cancelled or closed. |
Tracking may appear after carrier pickup or first scan. If no update appears after several days, contact support with the order number.
