Unused standard products can be reviewed for return support when they are not customized and the request is made promptly after delivery. The review checks product condition, original order details, and whether the item can be restocked.
Personalized names, numbers, player choices, patches, and team designs are produced from confirmed details. Because of that, customized items may not qualify for standard returns unless the delivered item is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order.
